theMeditation App will help you to constantly improve yourself, better understand yourself and come to a spiritual balance.
In app you can choose any of three activity types: meditation, concentration and gratitude. In each type there are courses consisting of audio exercises. At this moment there are 12 different courses in the appendix, more than 50 exercises, the duration of which is from 3 to 25 minutes. You can also add exercises to your favorites in order to have quick access to them. In addition you can also set reminders to help you not to forget about the exercises at any time of the day!
